Studio policies
A few clear guidelines help every appointment feel respectful, relaxed, and on time.
To help ensure a safe and quality service, first appointments require valid government identification for verification. If identification is not provided, services will not be performed and the reserved appointment is charged in full.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel, reschedule, or modify an appointment. With less notice, 50% of the scheduled service fee is charged. No-shows are charged 100%.
Appointments arriving 15 minutes late or more must be rebooked because the full service cannot be completed. Payment remains due for reserved services that cannot be completed due to late arrival.
Please silence cell phones for relaxing services. Recording or filming services or staff is not allowed. Only one client is permitted per session, except a guardian accompanying a scheduled minor appointment.
Services for clients under 18 require a legal parent or guardian to be present and a parent consent form to be completed and verified.
Arize accepts cash, credit cards, Spa Finder gift cards, valid Groupon vouchers, and Square e-gift cards. A credit card is required to secure online appointments.
Arize welcomes clients from all walks of life. Verbal abuse, threats, illegal requests, or arriving intoxicated are not tolerated. Arize reserves the right to refuse service.
